Sample Engagement: One of our clients is a plumbing contractor that was disappointed by its recent financial performance. Our analysis identified two causes. First, the company did not have adequate financial controls. This allowed unnecessary and redundant expenditures. Second, the necessary financial reporting systems were absent.
