Are inefficient operations affecting your financial performance or productivity? Are your employees as productive as they should be? These are some of the questions we ask when analyzing business operations. We identify organizational inefficiencies, implement organizational change, design tools to address organizational weaknesses, and provide other operational analysis and guidance.

Sample Engagement:
An architectural firm’s expenses exceeded revenues for several months. We were retained to analyze this client’s operations and determine the reasons for this problem. After observing this client’s operations and its employees, we identified three causes: 1) Estimates for many projects were unrealistic, so internal costs for those projects often exceeded the amount this client could bill for them. 2) The number of hours budgeted for projects was not communicated to employees, and accordingly employees could not allocate their time efficiently. 3) Employees under-recorded hours spent on certain matters. We designed tools that would generate correct estimates, improve communications and help employees completely record their time.
